Visiting Staff - Procedure

For staff mobility to be admitted, there should exist a Bilateral Agreement between the ATEITH and your home institution. The sending institution is responsible for organizing the administrative process and also for paying the Erasmus grant to the visiting staff at ATEITH. If you are planning to realize a Staff Teaching Assignment at ATEITH, first of all we advise you to contact directly the Departmental Erasmus Coordinator in your field of study/interest in ATEITH to make enquiries about the possibility and timing of the visit. The Departmental Erasmus Coordinator will be the person who will organize all the details of the visit (dates, duration and content of the Teaching Programme). Make sure that you are familiar with the Erasmus programme Teaching Assignment rules. A template for Staff Mobility for Teaching, to be filled in by the interested staff and signed properly, is given below:

Staff Mobility for Teaching Agreement:

In addition, Erasmus+ offers to administrative staff the possibility to participate in mobility activities at partner universities, through the Erasmus Staff Training action. In such a case, you can contact directly the department or unit in question in ATEITH to make enquiries about the possibility and timing of the visit.

In both cases, visiting staff has to complete and deliver to ATEITH International Office the following Registration Form.
